We had a fantastic one-night stay at Hyatt Regency. The room temperature, shower water pressure, and bed coziness were all great. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome even though we were on a leisure trip. The view of the arch from our window was breathtaking, and we enjoyed the proximity to the park and the convenience of the nearby pizza place. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

By and large, it was reasonable base for sightseeing in Saint Louis, had much fun and met service-minded staff at the customer service provided by the staff. Booked triple room with a king size bed. The location was nice - ease of access to Night.

The convenience of the FedEx business center was a lifesaver during my stay. It was like having a personal assistant at my beck and call, ensuring I could smoothly sail through my work tasks without a hitch.

The location in a very nice area was nice and ideal and there were shopping malls and gift stores nearby. I was there for 4 nights and ate at in-house restaurant for breakfast.

I only stayed 1 night, though the staff were ready to help - ticked all the boxes for me. It was an incredible and wonderful location short walk to tourist attractions, historic points of interest, various professional sporting venues, and of course, the St Louis Arch, and Busch Stadium and anything downtown. Also, I liked to be within 1 mile of Aloe Plaza.

Can't recommend highly enough.

Waking up to the city view and sipping coffee while gazing at the iconic Gateway Arch was the perfect way to start my day. The vibrant sports bar onsite provided a great atmosphere for unwinding in the evenings, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Staff needs training on interacting with people with special needs.

The hotel was clean and exceptional, had breathtaking views of the park. The location was absolutely perfect and fantastic, close to the baseball field, and the bed comfortable. Attentive staff at the customer service provided by the staff and the facilities provided were very well kept.

Exceptional accommodation with attentive staff members on the night shift. Brand-new and well furnished room with great view of the arch and reasonably priced. All in all absolutely perfect and fantastic location, just off restaurants and the Arch, Blues museum, and St Louis Cardinal field. Outstanding food in the lobby restaurant.

Central area, central location near the visitor center under the Arch, the baseball stadium and other interesting things to do and eat, and the Arch, the museum, the courthouse, and the Busch Stadium.
